"Under district policy, the worksheet should have been reviewed before being handed out to students, but that process was not followed in this situation.
If this is the case then the parents of the children should see a little more background of the teachers who made the test questions. Why was policy not followed? Before anyone could decide if any harm was meant more needs to be known about the people who made the questions.
